Angle Tree Stone Rod & Gun Club - North Attleboro Massachusetts

Annual
Club Meeting is held at 8:00 PM on the second Wednesday of December. Elections for Board of Directors and Officers will be held at that meeting.

Board of Directors
Meetings are held on the first Monday of each month at 8:00 PM.
(If the first Monday falls on a holiday, then it will be held on the second Monday of the month.)

Bob P, President, called the meeting to order at 8:05PM.

The Secretary’s report for October was accepted as read.
The Treasurer reported the checkbook balance as of 10/31/11. The income balance minus the expenses was positive for the period. Money was transferred from the savings account to the checking account. A motion was made and carried to file for future audit.
The Financial Secretary turned in money from memberships consisting of 42 regular members, 9 spouses, 13 retired members, 1 life membership and 3 new members in September. There are a total of 472 members for 2011 and 65 members for 2012. There are 7 fewer members this year than last year at this time. A motion was made and carried to file for future audit.

BILLS:

No trespassing signs.
Propane.
Waste Management.
Credit balance delivery receipt from Arrow Fuel.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Clay Bird – Turned in money for 216 member rounds, 7 non-member rounds, 20 boxes of ammo and component sales. Angletree won the Trap competition held October 8th at Cumberland. Four skids of clay target arrived.
Pistol – The 1800 match was held October 16th. There were 12 competitors. Money was turned in to the Treasurer. The Pistol League is doing well.
Rifle – There was a 22 cal. Turkey shoot November 6th. Eight of the 28 participants were youth competitors.
Powers Oil Company and North East Trading donated awards.
Building and Grounds – Insulation contractors are not available until January or February to insulate the indoor range. Dave will keep looking for a company to do the work sooner. The snow blower is out to be tuned-up for winter use.
Senior Range Officer – The no trespassing signs are up.
OLD BUSINESS:

The fences and gate concrete are in.
We need to pay off the fence installer and give Dane Tech Computer Company a deposit.
A motion was made and carried to get a module for the laptop computer membership program.
Brian Gobin will blow the property again this year.
A motion was made to purchase 200 extra magnet gate keys.
The land sale is still being reviewed.

OLD BUSINESS CON’T:

The Fall Bulletins and Membership Renewal forms have been mailed.
New prorated membership forms are available.
The Sunday Shooting permit has been applied for.

NEW BUSINESS:

The following 3 people applied for membership: Greg L, Russell B, and Tylor B. A motion was made and carried to accept the new members presented.
This year three Officers and four of the twelve Directors are up for reelection. Bob P asked Dave L, Butch P, and Fred T if they would run for re-election and will also ask John D.
Bill C, Dave L, Joe W, Butch P, Barry I and Bill L were asked to be members of the Audit Committee and all are willing to participate.
A motion was made and carried to spend money to purchase 25 yds. of stone dust to put on the roads.
A motion was made and carried to spend money for target backers.
The Boy Scouts will use the club Nov. 19th and 20th.
Ted’s classes will be held December 13th, 15th and 18th.
The Income /Expense Report for the October 16th 1800 match.
The gate installation expense report was turned in.

The meeting was adjourned on motion at 9:15 P.M.
